The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and is approximately 70 square metres in size. It comprises of a good-sized living area (with sofa bed), a kitchenette, a bedroom (with double bed) and a bathroom (with shower). The apartment can accommodate up to 4 persons and is well equipped with heating, air conditioning, satellite TV, stereo and fully fitted kitchenette, including a dishwasher.
