Are your rates inclusive of all taxes?
Yes, all taxes including city taxes are included in our rates.
Is the rate per room or per person?
The rate is always per room. Be sure to check that you choose the correct room type.
Is breakfast included in the rates?
Breakfast will not be served at the property, but you will receive a voucher to take to a café nearby.
When can I check in and check out?
Check-in is from 14.00hrs and check-out is until 11.00hrs. Please note that according to Italian law, guests must provide valid ID, such as a passport or national identification card, in order to check in at any hotel.
Do I pay when I check in or when I check out?
You should pay when you check in.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, Visa, American Express, Diners and MasterCard are accepted.
Does the bathroom have a bathtub or shower, or both?
Two of the double rooms have a hydro-massage bath with overhead shower, the other has a shower cubicle and the twin room has a hydro-massage shower.
Is the bed and breakfast open 24 hours a day?
No, however you wil receive a key for the main door, so that you can come and go as you wish.
Which languages are spoken at reception?
English, Italian, German and French.
What floor is the bed and breakfast on and is there a lift/elevator?
The hotel is on the 4th floor (with lift/elevator) and occupies 1 floor in total.
Is room service available? If so, at what times is it available?
Yes, between 07.30hrs and 10.30hrs.
Do children stay for free?
Small children can stay free of charge, if they stay in the same bed as their parents.
Can I ask for a cot/crib in my room? If so, what is the charge for this?
No, unfortunately we are currently unable to provide a cot/crib.
What is the charge for air conditioning? Is it seasonal?
Air conditioning is included in each room rate and is available all year round.
Are pets welcome?
No, unfortunately we are unable to accept pets.
Is parking available at the establishment and if so, do I have to reserve prior to arriving?
No, we do not have our own car park, but there are parking facilities nearby (500 metres).
How much does parking cost?
Parking costs between 20.00 and 30.00 Euros per day.
Can I rent a car at the bed and breakfast or nearby?
There are several car rental companies at the main train station (500 metres away).
How close is the nearest airport to the bed and breakfast?
Ciampino (CIA): 16 kilometres. Fiumicino (FCO): 24 kilometres.
How close are the nearest public transport facilities?
Train: Termini - 500 metres. Underground/Metro/Tram: Termini - 500 metres. Bus stop: 50 metres.
Does the bed and breakfast have conference rooms?
No, we do not have any conference/meeting facilities.
